Paul Finnegan Launches CxO Services Limited

CxO Services, launched this week, provides C-level expertise and resource on an interim or assignment basis to businesses looking to accelerate progress.

Lack of time and senior resource are often cited as the most common barriers to driving a business forward. This leads to slow adoption of new initiatives and ultimately losing ground against the competition. Paul Finnegan launched CxO Services to provide support to leadership teams that they can rely on to get things done. By taking on a part-time or interim C-level professional, businesses can avoid the risks and financial strain of a permanent hire, while still benefiting from additional board-level expertise, focussed on delivery.

Throughout his career, Paul has been involved in strategic planning and implementation in a wide range of very successful business, from his first role at Dun & Bradstreet, working as an internal consultant conducting operational reviews across Europe, through to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Blick Rothenberg. Often working in new roles or during periods of significant change, there has been a consistent theme of having to quickly understand what needs to be done, practical business planning and then hands-on focused delivery, engaging with teams and stakeholders as needed.

“I hope to leverage this approach, combining strategic advice with practical implementation, and my 30 years’ experience in professional services and other sectors, including 10+ years at board level, to help bring impetus to the development of a business”, comments Paul.

Over the last few months, as well as establishing the company and all that entails, Paul has also been busy delivering CxO’s first three assignments and updating his business knowledge by successfully completing two Executive Programmes: Insead’s ‘Managing Innovation in the Age of Disruption’ and London Business School’s ‘Managing the Company of the Future’.
